South Africa are Rugby World Champions again! We take a look at all the final match action in Paris. See you in New Zealand 2011…

The Rugby Union World Cup, held every four years, is rugby union’s showcase event and is regarded as the 3rd biggest sporting event in the world - the Soccer World Cup and the Olympic Games are bigger.

This World Cup will have 20 nations contesting 48 matches over 44 days. Forty-two matches will be spread between ten French cities, with four matches to be held in Cardiff, Wales and two matches in Edinburgh, Scotland.

It is estimated that the 2007 RWC in France will attract 2.5 million spectators and up to four billion Rugby World Cup TV viewers. The teams will be assigned to four pools, and for the first time in Rugby World Cup History the composition of the pools was decided by drawing lots.

With so much attention being drawn to the event it is no wonder that the Rugby World Cup Betting markets are very active.
